Background
Within the RACP, the Gender Equity in Medicine (GEM) group, comprising women, strives to address gender equity issues in the medical field. These challenges include a growing male skew in senior positions, entrenched traditional progression norms, and the expectation for trainees to endure difficult conditions.
Brief
RACP seeks to develop a logo for its program unit, Gender Equity in Medicine (GEM), primarily for online use. The logo aims to catalyze change within RACP and the broader medical community by promoting gender equity and inclusivity.
Solution
An identity that embodies empowerment, diversity, and progress whilst striking a balance between being impactful and approachable, inspiring individuals of all genders to join the movement for gender equity in medicine.
